Role Overview

The Light Assembly Repair Clerk is responsible for maintaining organized and clean delivery points, handling parts, and supporting delivery operations to ensure excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

1. Lineside kitting of parts using carts or staging structures.
2. Removing parts from vendor packaging at delivery points.
3. Organizing delivered orders according to customer needs.
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of delivery areas.
5. Adhering to safety policies and guidelines.
6. Understanding delivery processes and order paperwork.
7. Communicating with customers and management regarding part issues.
8. Utilizing designated vehicles for delivery and return of products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Attention to detail in customer service and organization.
