Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Employee

As a Customer Service Employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service experiences. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring and maintaining lineside point of delivery locations throughout the campus.
  2. Organizing and ensuring cleanliness of delivery areas, including removing unnecessary items and discarding trash.
  3. Identifying parts compliance issues and coordinating with team members to meet customer needs efficiently while upholding company standards.
  4. Performing lineside kitting of parts using kit carts, boxes, or staging structures at delivery points.
  5. Removing parts from vendor packaging at delivery points as needed.
  6. Providing communication to customers and management regarding part issues at delivery points.
  7. Utilizing designated vehicles to deliver products to customers and returning products to the warehouse as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities promptly.
  • Attention to detail when working on customer issues and organization tasks.
  • Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Generally, 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
