Mazzella Companies is seeking a Lifting Center Branch Manager in Jacksonville, FL. The role blends leadership with sales to drive branch performance, strengthen customer partnerships, and deliver exceptional service.

You will lead teams across Rigging, Service & Engineered Products, manage budgets and P&L, and pursue growth through contracts and new solutions. A Lean, customer-focused mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven, service, or industrial environment.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, A/R, and P&L.
• Demonstrated decision-making and time-management skills.
• Established communication and strategic planning ability.
• Experience in leading, developing, and delegating to teams.
• Must complete coursework, OJT, and projects within Mazzella Lifting School.
• Criminal background check, physical, drug screen, and E‑verify clearance required.

Responsibilities
