Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain lift trucks and related equipment at customer sites across the region.

You’ll work with a small local team, travel to client locations, and handle preventive maintenance while documenting everything for quality control and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant mechanical or technical experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Pay:$26 – $32 per hour

Bonus:Eligibility to participate in the Technician Bonus Program after 6 months of employment, providing additional earning opportunities based on performance and team results

Schedule:Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with overtime opportunities)

Position Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be part of a local service team made up of fellow technicians and a Team Leader who support each other daily. While you’ll travel to customer sites and work independently on service calls, you’ll never be on your own—you’ll have a team behind you to collaborate with, share knowledge, and help solve problems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of independent field work and being part of a tight‑knit, team‑oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

1–3 years of relevant mechanical or technical experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
