Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair lift trucks across the Greater Cincinnati area. You will travel to customer sites, perform maintenance, and document all service work while ensuring safe operation of equipment.

The role blends independent field work with a supportive team environment. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in a technical role are preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.

Pay: $26 - $32 per hour

Position Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be part of a local service team made up of fellow technicians and a Team Leader who support each other daily. While you’ll travel to customer sites and work independently on service calls, you’ll never be on your own—you’ll have a team behind you to collaborate with, share knowledge, and help solve problems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of independent field work and being part of a tight-knit, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant mechanical or technical experience preferred
