Job summary

Novolex in Davisville, WV is hiring for a Forklift Operator. You will safely operate a lift truck and clamp lift, move materials through the facility, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

This role requires readiness to work all shifts, with a 6:00AM-2:30PM schedule and Monday-Friday work days. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with opportunities for annual and skill-based wage increases, plus a $750 retention bonus payable after 6 and 12 consecutive months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred.
• One year of lift truck/clamp lift operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift truck/clamp lift safely and efficiently.
• Observe safety precautions and report issues promptly.
• Move products through the facility and into storage or loading areas.
• Complete required paperwork for safety, quality, and inventory.
• Deliver materials to work areas and prepare receipts and reports.
• Maintain clean work areas and support lean initiatives.
