Job summary

Novolex is hiring Lift Truck Operators in Kentucky to move materials and finished goods in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and the ability to work on EPS lines, with breaks covered by relievers and a 7:00AM–7:00PM rotating schedule.

Employees will participate in daily forklift operations, assist with packing duties, and support SAP-based inventory tasks while maintaining strong teamwork and communication with internal and external

Qualifications

• Experience with pallet jack and standing for long periods.
• Ability to move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret Job Dockets.
• Willingness to overtime and off-shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move and transfer materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment with accuracy and safety.
• Assist with operations on EPS lines and relieve operators for breaks.
• Maintain daily forklift inspections and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Support SAP functions related to inventory and load management (e.g., pick lists).
• Perform duties as assigned, including packing and operator assistant tasks.
