Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to perform essential duties with accuracy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the sales location.
• Operate the ticketing area, handling single and multi-day lift tickets.
• Maintain a clean, orderly sales area and provide guest assistance.
• Handle all financial transactions and maintain daily records.
• Assist Central Reservations with questions and announcements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest interactions.
• Promote safe recreation and educate guests on the Your Responsibility Code.
• Develop knowledge of services, rates, discounts, promotions, and events.
