Vail Resorts in Washington is hiring as a Lift Operator within the Lift Experience team for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period. You will help ensure safe, efficient loading and unloading of lifts, guiding guests and coordinating with maintenance when needed, in a dynamic mountain environment.

No prior experience required—training is provided. Starting wage is $20 per hour, with full- and part-time shifts, housing options, and extensive employee perks including free passes, discounted lift

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Continuously monitor passenger safety while loading/unloading lifts and provide customer service.
• Operate lifts to achieve optimal chair capacity per guidelines.
• Notify maintenance/dispatch of repair needs.
• Work with Lift Maintenance to learn lift equipment operation.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; maintain a clean work area.
• Support ticket scanning as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
