Crystal Mountain is seeking a Lead Lift Operator to support Lift Operators across multiple lifts on a seasonal basis. You will identify tasks, delegate work, give breaks, train new staff, and operate lifts safely in a challenging mountain environment.

The role requires 18+ years old, ski/snowboard proficiency, strong customer service, and leadership capabilities. Join a team committed to guest experience on Washington’s premier resort.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Leadership and/or Lift Lead experience.
• Ski/Snowboard experience; comfortable in all weather.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to maximize time and resources.

Responsabilités

• Perform all duties of a Lift Operator
• Assist guests of all ages and abilities loading and unloading chairlifts
• Interacts with guests to provide the best customer experience
• Set up, run, and break down multiple lifts daily
• Lead and assist your team of Lift Operators
• Adhere to all company and department policies and set the example
• Assist in training new employees
• Ensure breaks comply with Department of Labor policies
• Maintain overall appearance of lift stations and staff, audit supplies and lift documentation
• Assist in physically demanding tasks
• Perform crowd control at lift lines
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
• Be respectful to all employees and guests
• Be dependable and reliable
• Encourage a safe work environment
