Job summary

Winter Sports, Inc. in Whitefish, MT seeks a Super Seasonal Lift Operations Supervisor to oversee chair lift operations, Alpine Slide, and Spider Monkey Mountain. You will manage staffing for up to 90-100 employees across 29 sites and ensure guest safety and service excellence.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety standards (NSAA, ANSI). Weekend and some evenings are required, with flexible coverage and annual seasonal shifts.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Three years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Skiing/Snowboarding at least intermediate level is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising all aspects of chair lift operations, Alpine Slide and Spider Monkey Mountain.
• Oversee staff scheduling congruent to ergonomics of each site and coverage for no-shows or injuries.
• Assist with staff evaluations and disciplinary actions in a consistent manner.
• Ensure compliance with NSAA, ANSI, B-77 and USFS standards.
• Assist in department budgeting for winter and summer operations.
• Support training and safety program implementation for guests and employees.
