Job summary

Loon Mountain Resort is seeking a Lift Operations Foreman Lead to oversee daily lift operations, safety, and staff scheduling. The role includes training lift operators, coordinating opening/closing procedures, and providing on-hill leadership to maintain excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in lift operations with supervisory experience and can ski or snowboard to an intermediate level or higher.

Qualifications

• A high school education is required.
• 2+ years of Lift Operations experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to ski or snowboard to an intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lift operations and safety for assigned areas.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and staff transportation.
• Provide lift operator training and coaching.
• Support scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
• Promote a positive safety culture and guest service.
