Republic Airways offers a LIFT Academy internship in Indianapolis, focusing on finance and accounting with hands-on exposure to the aviation industry. Housing stipend or mileage reimbursement is available where applicable, and interns will be paid hourly.

We seek students pursuing a Finance or Accounting degree, with strong Excel skills and a collaborative mindset. The role supports FP&A activities and requires up to 40 hours per week onsite at our headquarters.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

• Flexible and willing to help other team members as projects arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Create processes to allow the business to grow and scale

• Analyzes and forecasts loan balances, AR collections, state revenue remaining
• Supplements the FP&A team in the budgeting process
• Collaborates with the different teams amongst the LIFT operation
• Develop materials to explain student finances more clearly
• Presents project results to their team members periodically
• Implements business processes to support efficiency initiatives

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient communication and presentation skills
• Flexible and willing to help other team members as projects arise

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work onsite at our Indianapolis Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
