Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for the Lift Experience team in the winter season. As a Lift Operator, you will ensure safe operation of lifts and assist guests in loading and unloading in mountain conditions. Training is provided, and no experience is required.

Starting wage is $20/hr with full-time and part-time shifts, housing often available, and opportunities to advance through Epic Service training. Apply to join a dynamic, globally recognized ski resort family.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift to ensure safe loading and unloading of guests.
• Monitor passenger safety and maintain orderly operation of the lift area.
• Follow emergency procedures and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Support other tasks within Lift Experience as needed.
