Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate II will assist in the offloading, receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution of products in a warehouse environment. Daily tasks involve barcode scan applications that record movement, receipt, and status changes to inventory. Timely and efficient completion of job duties are critical, as well as safely operating industrial power equipment such as a forklift and cherry picker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, transport, and stock inbound products from manufacturing facilities and suppliers, including physical lifting and handling with powered and manual equipment.
  • Accurately place and stack stock for storage, recording locations in the inventory system.
  • Fulfill orders by locating, transporting, offloading, and scanning outbound products to shipping lanes, matching serialized products to orders, and updating the system accordingly.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts as required.
  • Other duties as assigned, including product prep, recycling, 5S responsibilities, and training participation.
  • Operate heavy industrial power equipment and perform tasks at heights with fall protection, with physical lifting and safety considerations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and comply with safety regulations.
Scope & Impact

Your performance impacts the daily operations of the RDC, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery scheduling, which are critical for meeting customer commitments.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in warehousing or related fields.
  • Forklift certification; cherry picker experience a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 350 lbs. for several hours.
Preferred Requirements
  • Knowledge of inventory procedures.
  • Understanding of safe receiving, storing, and shipping methods.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

Tasks include sitting, hand motions, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 350 lbs., with some climbing involved. Not required to shovel.
