Job summary

Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA invites applicants for a Lift Attendant/Operator in the Lift Operations team to load and unload guests, guide boarding, and maintain safe guest flow around lifts.

The role is outdoors, fast-paced and requires teamwork, stamina and a strong safety focus; paid training and season perks including access to Camelbeach, Camelback, and employee events are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to assist guests physically during lift loading/unloading.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work long or irregular hours.
• Must be able to read/speak English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe loading and unloading of guests on lifts.
• Assist guests with boarding and exiting lifts with guidance or support.
• Manage lift lines to maintain orderly guest flow.
• Maintain ramps and remove snow/ice around lift areas.
• Develop knowledge of lift operations through on-the-job training.
• Provide guests with up-to-date mountain conditions and operating hours.
• Maintain a strong safety focus for guests and coworkers.
