Park Avenue Lifestyle in Olney, MD is seeking a Life Enrichment Director to coordinate activities that provide residents with an enjoyable and stimulating quality of life. You will supervise volunteers and work with the Executive Director to plan monthly calendars, arrange spiritual activities, and help residents stay engaged through exercise and social events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in aging services or related field.
• Assisted Living Activities certification if required by state.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate community vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Plan a varied monthly activity calendar with multiple daily activities.
• Supervise volunteers and coordinate with the Sales Director on programs.
• Arrange for spiritual activities in line with resident preferences.
• Engage residents through exercise, social events and outreach.
