CAMS (Community Association Management Services) in Waxhaw, NC is seeking an exceptional Lifestyle Director to lead the community's life-enrichment programs. You will be the activities face of the management team, coordinating events, classes, and wellness activities for residents of all ages and backgrounds.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of lifestyle program management experience, comfortable creating flyers and newsletters, and can work some nights, weekends, and holidays while managing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lifestyle Director or related event industry experience.
• Experience creating flyers, newsletters, or marketing material.
• Available to work some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to focus and be productive under stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Developing promoting and executing a full range of events, activities, classes, sports, healthy living programs and fitness opportunities
• Implementing a comprehensive communications plan
• Building partnerships and sponsorships with local businesses and organizations
• Recruiting and organizing volunteers
• Overseeing and scheduling facilities
• Maintaining a community website
• Developing a community newsletter
• Managing program budgets
• Being a resource for homeowners
• Overseeing Resident Club Operations
