Job summary

CAMS is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Director to lead life-enrichment initiatives and events for a Holly Springs adult community. The role requires collaboration with the management team, board, developers, and residents, with a focus on meeting diverse needs at every life stage.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in lifestyle program management and experience with 55+ programming is a plus. Weekend/evening event availability is expected to support residents' activities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional lifestyle program management experience.
• Experience with 55+ community programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote and execute a full range of events, activities, classes, sports, healthy living programs and fitness opportunities.
• Implement a comprehensive communications plan.
• Build partnerships and sponsorships with local businesses and organizations.
• Recruit and organize volunteers.
• Oversee and schedule facilities.
• Maintain a community website.
• Develop a community newsletter.
