Job summary

Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Lifestyle Director for the Solace Glen at Cypresswood community in Spring, TX. You will develop and promote a robust activity program, coordinating social, educational, recreational, and transportation services for residents.

Responsibilities include planning calendars, coordinating with Residents Council, and marketing the community. Must be able to work weekends/holidays and handle budgeting as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current state-specific driver's license and have transportation.
• Willingness to learn basic photography and social media writing.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written; English adequate for residents and staff.
• Compassion for elderly and patient-centered approach.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise activities for residents with varied interests and abilities.
• Promote resident participation in activities through effective communication networks.
• Develop in-community seminars or lecture series for residents, families, and friends.
• Coordinate Residents Council meetings and assist active resident engagement.
• Represent the community in tours and marketing activities when needed.
• Attend to front desk duties and cover for staff as required.
