Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Lifestyle Assistant for The Preserve at Spring Creek in Garland, TX. You will develop and promote activity programs for residents, supporting a vibrant social, educational, recreational, and spiritual calendar.

Responsibilities include planning and supervising daily activities, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation services. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, with tours and marketing support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess good communication skills and compassion for elderly.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Verbal and written communication in English required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing and supervising activities to suit a variety of interests for residents.
• Promote resident participation in activities and social services.
• Coordinate in-community seminars/lectures and monthly calendars.
• Assist at front desk and cover for staff when needed.
• Represent the community with tours and marketing as needed.
