Job summary

Toll Brothers in Erie, Colorado is seeking a Lifestyle Director to organize, implement and manage resident programs, including fitness, cultural, social and entertainment activities to enrich the community. The role requires collaboration with sales, budgeting and vendor management to ensure successful events.

The position emphasizes guest house coordination for prospective buyers, newsletter production, and adherence to program budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating and promoting recreational activities or events.
• Experience with HOA or active adult programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement resident programs including fitness and wellness.
• Assist sales team with guest house program and potential buyers tours.
• Schedule facilities, manage room requirements, and collect fees as applicable.
• Welcome new homeowners and invite potential buyers to engage with the community.
• Develop and distribute the community newsletter and lifestyle publications.
