Arden Courts of Yardley in Yardley, PA is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to plan and lead daily activity programs for residents and assist the Director in delivering a full range of program services. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure high-quality resident experiences.

Responsibilities include developing engaging activities for residents, monitoring response to therapies for dementia care, and ensuring safety and comfort throughout the shift.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
