Arden Courts of West Orange is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to design and deliver daily activity programs for residents and assist the Director in providing a full range of program services. The role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure industry-leading resident programming.

Qualifications

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
