Job summary

Arden Courts of Whippany is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to create engaging daily activity programs for residents and to assist the Director in delivering a full range of program services. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure top-quality resident programming.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with residents having dementia and behavioral interventions preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.

Education

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Physical Demands: Walking, standing, talking, and hearing; ability to move freely throughout facility
