Life Time, Inc. in Castle Pines, CO is seeking a LifeShop Coordinator who will be the sole buyer and oversee day-to-day LT Shop operations. You will purchase in Workday, manage CrunchTime inventory, follow SOPs, and supervise a team of shop staff.

This role requires strong merchandising, budgeting, and financial oversight to drive revenue and margins. Responsibilities include purchasing, inventory control, monthly P&L review, and staff training in racquet sports and LT Shop SOPs.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service in a brick-and-mortar retail setting.
• 1 year of retail management experience in a brick-and-mortar setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, inventory management systems, and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Orders and tracks all product sold in the shop, maintains buying budget, updates monthly order calendar.
• Ensures CrunchTime inventory is always accurate.
• Updates Cost of Goods Tracker and follows all receiving SOPs for each delivery.
• Completes inventory scan and submits inventory report.
• Completes monthly P&L analysis and business review.
• Creates inspiring visual merchandising displays and maintains Life Time brand presentation.
• Keeps up with corporate and in-club communications.
• Trains and develops team members on racquet sports and LT Shop SOPs.
• Maintains inventory levels, follows order management SOPs, and works to meet monthly revenue and contribution margin goals.
