Everon is seeking a Contract/PMA Sales Representative to grow recurring service and monitoring sales for life safety systems, including fire alarms and CCTV, by converting projects into service agreements. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of high-volume sales experience, strong prospecting skills, and a proven track record in selling services.

This role emphasizes outside sales, surveys, proposals, and presentations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of high-volume sales experience.
• Outside sales and cold calling experience.
• Proven track record selling a service with excellent prospecting ability.

Responsabilités

• Grow the business by providing solutions to existing and new clients.
• Cold-call and make outside sales calls to seek new business.
• Conduct building surveys to develop proposals for service agreements.
• Create proposals for service agreements; test, inspections, preventive maintenance and central station monitoring.
• Make sales presentations to customers and management as requested.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of all product lines and services offered.
• Review testing and inspection reports with technicians and managers to quantify service proposals.
• Partner with internal departments to communicate job scopes and relay customer needs.
• Attract new customers through field sales, phone sales and direct marketing.
• Assist in marketing initiatives related to sales activities and business plans.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of company services through customer presentations.
