Job summary

The High Museum of Art’s Learning and Civic Engagement Department seeks a Coordinator of Lifelong Learning to develop accessible programs for older adults, coordinate partnerships, and provide administrative support under the Associate Director of Lifelong Learning and Accessibility.

This regular full-time position is based at The Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta, with weekday hours plus occasional evenings and weekends to support programs and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the humanities, education, or related field is required or two years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working or volunteering with older adult learners and/or adults with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Survey Monkey, Wufoo, and Zoom is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination and Implementation (60%): Work with Lifelong Learning team to plan and implement Culture Collective programs and related activities.
• Internal and External Communication (25%): Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on outreach and communications with older adult audiences.
• Administrative Support (15%): Provide administrative support including payments, expenses, grant reporting, and attendance tracking.
