Job summary

Easy Wireless in Ardmore, OK is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to help connect customers with Lifeline and affordable wireless services. You’ll be the in-store face, engaging with communities at events and on the sales floor.

You will enroll qualified customers, explain plans, provide basic tech support, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules. Training is paid, and there are growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation, data entry).
• Comfortable working outdoors, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at community outreach events.
• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline and other programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
• Explain services, answer questions, and provide basic tech support.
• Set up and manage inventory for mobile tents and booths.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.
