Job summary

The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Green Bay, WI is hiring Lifeguards to support the aquatics program. Work up to 18 hours per week with flexible shifts, including mornings and Friday–Sunday evenings, and help monitor pool activities, respond to emergencies, and support swim lessons and events. No lifeguard certification?

We will train you! The position pays $16.16/hour with potential extra pay for taking on Swim Instructor duties and a shift differential for Fri-Sun

Qualifications

• 1 year lifeguard experience preferred.
• Experience with adults, youth and children.
• Equivalent training/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Kroc rules to provide a safe environment for swimmers and guests.
• Analyze situations and act quickly with constant observation.
• Rescue swimmers in danger and provide first aid/CPR as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool areas.
• Deliver excellent customer service to the community.
