Job summary

Aqua Tech Pool Management is seeking Lifeguards to ensure safety at The Peninsula Club and AquaTech-managed locations. You will monitor pool areas, perform surveillance, respond to emergencies, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include balancing chemicals, enforcing pool rules, completing documentation, and cleaning the facility including restrooms. Must hold Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED certifications, and be at least 15 years old.

Job description

Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring safety of the facilities within their assigned pod by providing pool surveillance and responding to emergencies. Lifeguards are also responsible for checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms.

Lifeguards provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner.

Lifeguards are required to hold valid certifications for Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old.

Members of The Peninsula Club cannot be Lifeguards for the club, but are welcome to work at other AquaTech-managed locations.
