Chapel Hill Aquatics is seeking a lifeguard to oversee indoor and outdoor pool areas and ensure patron safety. You will monitor activity, perform rescues and first aid, and maintain facilities while delivering excellent customer service.
Required are lifeguard certification with CPR/First Aid, ability to swim 300 yards, and English proficiency. The role is open until filled and commonly operates at local pool facilities.

The work is typically performed at an indoor or outdoor pool facility.
The work requires intermittent sitting, standing or stooping and the ability to maintain focus for up to 60 minutes at a time. The employee uses equipment that requires a high degree of dexterity and medium strength. The employee is required to lift a minimum of 10 pounds regularly.
Are at least 15 years of age or older.
An equivalent combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the job
Current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid by the American Red Cross.
