Qualifications

• Strong communication with both team members and families.
• 6 months lifeguard experience preferred; certification required or pursued with Goldfish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond to emergencies.
• Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives.
• Enforce facility rules with a welcoming attitude.
• Inform management of incidents accurately and promptly.
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and organized during every shift.
• Help drive the mission and ensure a Golden Experience for every swimmer.
