Qualifications

• Safety-first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to focus every shift.
• Strong communication with teammates and families.
• Lifeguard certification required if not already held.
• 6 months lifeguard experience at an aquatic facility or camp preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance and respond immediately to emergencies.
• Provide first aid until EMS arrives and contact EMS appropriately.
• Communicate facility rules with a welcoming attitude.
• Inform management of incidents promptly and accurately.
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and organized per shift.
• Help uphold the Goldfish Experience for every guest.
