Job summary

Carilion Clinic in Roanoke is seeking a Lifeguard for its pools and spa, responsible for ensuring safety and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have lifeguard certification along with experience. Positions available are fully in-person, with variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of high school education.
• Six months previous lifeguard experience preferred.
• Lifeguard, AHA BLS-HCP and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor pool and spa to ensure member safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and enforce pool rules.
• Check chemical balance of pools and spa.
