Job summary

Carilion Clinic in Roanoke is seeking a Lifeguard for its pools and spa, responsible for ensuring safety and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have lifeguard certification along with experience. Positions available are fully in-person, with variable shifts.

Work permit required if under 18 years of age. **Experience:** Six months previous lifeguard experience preferred. **Licensure, certification, and/or registration:** Lifeguard, AHA BLS-HCP and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire, Water Safety Instructor (WSI) preferred.**Compensation Range:**$12.50 - $16.50*Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
