Job summary

The Bridgewater Club LLC in Carmel, Indiana is seeking responsible and energetic Lifeguards to ensure the safety of members and guests around the swimming pools.

Ideal candidates will be professional, dependable, and possess current lifeguard certifications. Responsibilities include supervising the pool area, responding to emergencies, and maintaining safety protocols. The position offers flexible hours, use of facilities, and discount perks.

Qualifications

• Possess current certification in Red Cross or equivalent Lifeguard Training including Deep Water, First Aid, CPR/AED.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include evenings and holidays.
• Have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pool and pool area to ensure guest safety.
• Respond and care for emergencies at The Bridgewater Club.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Secure all facilities upon closing.
• Administer age appropriate discipline as needed.
• Ensure that all equipment malfunctions are reported.
• Respond to questions and needs of guests and management.
• Effectively work within a group setting to ensure safety of patrons.
• Stay current with and effectively enact facility policies.
• Attend all trainings including in-service trainings.
• Maintain all safety training certifications.
