Responsibilities

• Provide continuous scanning of pool and aquatic area.
• Enforce pool safety rules and YMCA policies.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure necessary equipment.
• Maintain positive relationships with members.
• Review emergency procedures and report incidents.
• Maintain records per YMCA and Health Dept.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Uphold YMCA safety, supervision, risk management.
• Demonstrate Six Pillars of Character and Core Values.
