Swan Aquatics is seeking a Lifeguard Coordinator for Kirtland AFB to lead the lifeguard team, develop safety protocols, and schedule shifts to maintain a safe aquatic environment. Expect regular drills and strict adherence to regulations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, emergency response skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure visitor safety and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Current lifeguard certification from recognized bodies (ARC, StarGuard ELITE, Ellis & Associates).
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid.
• Ability to pass background check for base access.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage the lifeguard team to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular in-service training and lifeguard audits.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure local regulatory compliance.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor pool and facility conditions and address safety concerns promptly.
