Job summary

Swan Aquatics is seeking a Facility Supervisor at Kirtland AFB to oversee safety and operations of the base pool, manage lifeguard staffing, scheduling, and records, and serve as the on-site liaison to the COR. The role is on-site and full-time, with a schedule across three sessions each day.

Qualifications

• Current lifeguard certification from recognized bodies (ARC/StarGuard ELITE/Ellis & Associates).
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and First Aid required.

Responsibilities

• Open the facility early and test water chemistry and temperature.
• Ensure three certified lifeguards are present and briefed for each session.
• Log Government use and maintain cleanliness, equipment, and records daily.
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate with base responders, and notify COR.
• Schedule training, manage records, and stay reachable from 5:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
