Job summary

YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking year-round Lifeguards to oversee pool safety and keep a welcoming environment where members can play, learn and build confidence in the water.

Requirements include current ARC/YMCA Lifeguard, First Aid, AED, Emergency Oxygen and CPR-PR certifications, as well as a minimum age of 16. Bilingual Spanish/English staff receive a +10% differential; other duties as assigned.

  • Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful.
  • Blood Borne Pathogens within 30 days of being hired.
