Job summary

The YMCA of Northern Colorado is looking for year-round lifeguards to keep our pool safe and welcoming for members and guests. A +10% differential is offered for bilingual staff fluent in Spanish and English.

Applicants must hold ARC/YMCA Lifeguard, First Aid, AED, and CPR-PR certifications, and be at least 16 years old. Bloodborne pathogens training within 30 days of hire is required. Join a professional team committed to safety and service.

Qualifications

• ARC/YMCA Lifeguard certification required.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English with fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pool and hot tub safety for participants.
• Maintain general pool cleanliness and test water quality.
• Relate positively to members, guests, and staff; assist as needed.
