Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard for Part-Time Hotel Operations. You will enforce pool policies, respond to emergencies, and maintain a safe, clean pool area while ensuring a positive guest experience.

The role requires CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certification, strong swimming ability, and excellent customer service skills to interact with guests in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of similar experience or equivalent education/experience.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certification required.
• Must be able to swim and assist guests in all conditions.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enforce pool rules and policies for guest safety.
• Respond quickly to distress or emergencies with basic first aid.
• Perform lifesaving procedures as needed and report hazards.
• Greet guests entering pool area and keep area clean and organized.
• Set up/break down pool deck for events or emergencies.
• Inspect pool/beach area and notify management of issues.
• Promote positive guest relations and maintain hazard-free environment.

Assists Team Members in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, as well as enforcing all policies and procedures.
