Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is hiring a part-time Lifeguard in Hotel Operations to help maintain pool safety and guest satisfaction. You will enforce rules, respond to emergencies, and keep the deck clean and organized while assisting guests with requests.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and CPR/First Aid/AED and Lifeguard certifications. The role offers benefits and opportunities within a vibrant hospitality environment at the Atlantic City property.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR, First Aid and AED certified, and Lifeguard certified.
• Must be able to swim and assist guests in emergencies in all weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with pool guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool safety and security in the Recreation Department.
• Enforce pool policies and respond to emergencies with proper procedures.
• Greet guests, keep pool area clean and organized, assist with events.
• Inspect pool and beach areas and report hazards to management.
