City of Casper is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard for City of Casper Aquatic Facilities on a part-time schedule (approximately 15–20 hours per week). The role involves active supervision of patrons, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies.

Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexible hours for students or supplemental income. You must obtain and maintain lifeguard, CPR, AED, and first aid certifications.

Formación

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Basic safety in aquatic facilities knowledge.
• Ability to swim and maintain water safety performed to ARC standards.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol pool area to ensure participant safety and enforce facility rules.
• Provide general customer service and information about policies and fees.
• Instruct swim and water safety programs per American Red Cross standards.
• Maintain records related to the aquatic facility operations.
• Perform general facility tasks including light cleaning and equipment handling.
• Respond to emergencies and assist guests as needed.
• Represent the City of Casper professionally to the public.
