Job summary

The City of Casper is seeking dependable lifeguards for our community aquatic facilities. Responsibilities include vigilant supervision, enforcing rules, responding to emergencies, and assisting guests with safety and basic pool services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Basic safety practices in aquatic facilities.
• Swimming instruction principles.

Responsibilities

• Rotate lifeguard stations, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies.
• Check water conditions, assist with light cleaning and setup, and interact with guests.
• Provide safety oversight and customer service; instruct swim and water safety programs as needed.
• Maintain records and follow city policies related to aquatics.
