Job summary

A commercial aquatic services company is seeking Lifeguards to ensure the safety of patrons in pool environments. Responsibilities include monitoring pool areas, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies. Ideal candidates will hold current Lifeguard certifications and possess strong communication skills. The position offers flexible scheduling options and opportunities for training. Lifeguards must be available during weekends and holidays throughout the summer season.

Qualifications

• Meet minimum age requirements for lifeguards (typically 15–16+).
• Physically able to perform rescues and assist distressed individuals.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure patron safety.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe environment.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies including water rescues.

Skills

Current Lifeguard certification

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

First Aid certification

Strong communication skills
