Qualifications

• Must be at least 15–16 years old.
• Ability to perform rescues and assist individuals up to 85+ lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas for safety and enforce rules.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies.
• Complete documentation for incidents and inspections.
• Provide friendly customer service.

Skills

Lifeguard certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

First Aid
