Qualifications

• Completion of High School required, some college preferred.
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification.
• Fulfills monthly educational obligations; required certifications include current CPR/First Aid/AED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous surveillance of people in the therapy pool, lap pool, and spa to ensure safety.
• Provide safety information to people prior to indulging in water sports.
• Perform rescues in the event of drowning or swimming accidents.
