The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for part-time Lifeguards in Chester, Virginia. Candidates must be enthusiastic community members who can help ensure patrons' safety at the pool. Responsibilities include monitoring activities and ensuring safety.
Minimum qualifications include being at least 15 years old and having certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid, while lifeguard certification is preferred. The YMCA provides training to eligible candidates.
The Chester Family YMCA is seeking part time enthusiastic community members to help save lives and ensure the safety of patrons at our pool! Looking for certified lifeguards or swimmers who are interested in becoming lifeguards.
Lifeguards will be responsible for the safety of the members and program participants.
Lifeguards must be at least 15 years old and have current CPR, AED, First Aid and either American Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification. Oxygen Administration (O2) is preferred but not required. The Y will train interested candidates who meet basic swim requirements if not already certified!
